Walter Mazzarri’s side sit fourth in the league table with 27 points, 13 points behinds leaders Juventus with a game in hand.
Inter were held to 1-1 draws in their last two Serie A fixtures, at Bolonga and against Sampdoria at home.
However, Mazzarri’s men showed quick response to two back-to-back draws with a 3-2 win over Trapani on Wednesday in a fourth round fixture of the Coppa Italia.
Walter Samuel, Cristian Chivu, Yuto Nagatomo and Zdravko Kuzmanovic will not feature in this match for Mazzarri’s side.
Attackers Diego Milito and Mauro Icardi are also set to miss out again for the hosts.
Parma are undefeated in their last three league matches and sit 10th in the league table with 17 points.
The visitors where held to 1-1 draw by Bolonoga at home in a league match last weekend before securing 4-1 win over Varese on Wednesday in a Coppa Italia encounter.
Former Inter Milan forward Antonio Cassano is likely to return to starting 11 after recovering from a nose injury.
Walter Gargano and Aleandro Rosi will also return to squad after serving suspension for the visitors.
